Title Page: Should be complete with correct identifying information (Name ID No Semester Course No Course title Assignment topic Date of submission and Signature). 2. Assignments should be legibly hand written on plain A4 papers 3. Margination: Keep one-inch margins all around the paper 4. Page number : Write the page numbers in lower right hand side corner of the paper 5. Word Limit: Each assignment should consist of 1000-1500 words / 3 to 4 pages. 6. Content: The content of the written report should address the topic assigned. The content should be properly organized with a logical flow. The text of the assignment must be subdivided into appropriate sections (headings sub headings) wherever possible and appropriate references should be cited in the text. 7. Do not use any photocopy tables figures and pictures in the assignment. Assignment should be free from cut and paste information / material. 8. Any cut and paste information and directly copied material without a reference will be considered as plagiarism. 9. Please check your written content for spelling grammar and punctuation. 10. Clarity: Assignment should be clear interesting to read full of descriptive details may include figures tables / charts which illustrates the point the author is trying to make. Ideas should be expressed clearly. 11. References: References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text. Vancouver format of referencing is preferred (Refer Page No. 3). 12. Use multiple referencing resources such as textbooks journals databases formularies/ guidelines etc. Citing only websites as referencing resource is NOT acceptable. Cited websites should be authentic ones. 13. Time line: Assignments should be submitted on or within the allotted timeline (TWO weeks).
