She had been diagnosed few years earlier as hypothyroid and thyroxine pills were prescribed for this condition. She states that she exercise atleast an hour a day and that she teaches aerobics at a local gym. A pregnancy test is performed a day is negative. Blood testes were done for thyroxine prolactin androgenic estradiol and gonadotropin. These all prove to be normal. What is the most likely diagnosis of this students condition ?.
