It is entirely the student’s choice as to the person to interview and the organization within which the individual works. Focus the interview on the following:a) The individual’s general role and responsibilities within the organization.b) The individual’s identification of a recent major cause of change affecting the organization and particularly his or her role within the organization; relate this to ongoing change in healthcare.c) How the individual is managerially/administratively responding to such change.Write a report of approximately 1400-1600 words based on the interview.
