5. After reading and reviewing the assigned article, Examining Nursing Malpractice: A Defense Attorneys Perspective please address: How does this article relate nursing malpractice to the nursing Standards of Practice?
6. Read the Case Presentation on page 216 (4th ed., 2014) of Burkhardt & Nathaniel and answer the questions in the Think About it section following the case. (if using the e-book, it is the LAST Case Presentation- entitled ”Please Don’t Let Me Die!” and Think About It section in Chapter 8)
