Problem Statement

Like other diseases, Diabetes type 2 requires appropriate management lest the patient succumbs to the health problem. Other than prescribed medication, physical exercises can go a long way in regulating blood glucose levels of older diabetic adults.

Research Purpose

The research aims at investigating the effectiveness of physical exercises in managing Diabetes type 2 among older patients.
