I do not expect you to read the entire 96 page document. You may find, however, it contains information to support or refute the information you present in your post. Biosurveillance has increased in importance as international threats are increasingly assessed and determined to be valid. Since Sept. 11, 2001, there has been an onslaught of surveillance systems and biosensor prototypes.
