Survey-first, I would conduct number surveys to evaluate the readiness of the individuals involved in the e precriptions .survey is ameans of collecting data from a targeted group.Survey is also known as e-survey or questionarie.The purpose of survey includes,elicting opionions,behavior or knowledge in relation to their needs or satisfactions.the surveys can be used to evaluate the readiness or to evaluate the success of a change that is alreay implemented.First I would conduct a number of surveys to evaluate the readinessd of the individual involved in this process by using questionaries .if they are not ready to adopt the new implementation,it is advisable to to postpone the intervention. identify the barrier and provide essential training that are needed for a successful implementation of the e prescribtion Obedservation-after the implementation process observe the people involved with the prescription and take notes on what they do.During observation ask the following questions -what problems people experience in the current work flow -where are the time dealys occurs? Where in the process are the oppurtunities to reduce the cost? What are the quality and safety problems likely to occur in the current process? Flow chart-This can be very useful for sharing information among team members.This can be used to show the steps in a process or find one or multiple sources of a problem or identify potential areas for improvement.
