There are many conflicts within an organization around a change. An organization must foreshadow any changes, as to give all employees enough time to process, deal, and accept the change good or bad. It allows for employees time to deal with the change themselves and come back to the organization ready to move forward. It also allows the organization a better view of the issues around the change that are upsetting their employees. Both can work to alleviate these issues to ensure a smoother change.
