Was risk communication essential for Sara’s co-workers? Why or why not?
In consideration of Sara’s privacy and in an effort to educate members of the organization of the possible outbreak, what strategies/steps should HR do to ensure health information are provided to all stakeholders. Offer concrete information to support your viewpoint.
