I need a project proposal and its more of a scholarly proposal than it is a research proposal. It must be written in third person and I will be described as the clinician. Objective 4: The learner will implement an initiative to improve the nursing engagement specifically in our surgical department staff meetings after approval from the management team by the end of the practicum project.
