July 1992 convened by the Center
for Substance Abuse Prevention under the
auspices of the National Resource Center for
the Prevention of Perinatal Abuse of Alcohol
and Other Drugs to examine substance
abuse screening and assessment instruments
and develop a reference manual. The
Maternal and Child Health Bureau would
