Firstly, my part is to complete ONLY TWO sections of diagnostic section that are: Product or Service and Market Analysis. Similarly for the Business Plan section, ONLY the corresponding TWO sections that are: Service and Market Analysis.
You will be using “Entreact” website to create the business plan. When you login, choose “NIB Holding ltd” for the Organisation, and “healthcare mobile application” for the Product/Service.
The business plan is about making a healthcare mobile app for the NIB company in order to more competitive against other in the same industry such Bupa, Medibank, Hospitals Contribution fund of Australia and the HBF.
Even though NIB already has a mobile app, it only can do basic functions such as making payment and claims, not like Puma for example. You may look at the websites of companies in the same industry for mobile apps and find some functions that will make NIB more competitive.
