For this study students had to take blood pressure of their colleague or partner at rest time and then going up and down in the stairs until get puffed and tiered the back to the lab and take each other blood pressure again to find the difference of blood pressure pre and post exercise. In this method students used manual sphygmomanometer (blood pressure machine) and skill of using the manual sphygmomanometer was very variable and may not be accurate
