After completing my high school course, I attained high scores that left me with a wide variety of universities to choose for my higher education. All the universities looked attractive and it’s quite a task for me to make the best choice. Therefore, I made a list of the specifications that were of priority to me, and which would help me puzzle out the selection process. These included safety and security, modest learning environment, modern and equipped library, availability of housing facilities.

A campus should be the safest place for students to study, relax, and socialize. Towson University has prioritized security and safety of students and staff members within the university grounds. I did not land into Towson University as a matter of fate, but I chose it among many others due to various competitive amenities that it offers. These include a large and modern equipped library that operates through an online catalog for an easier search of research material. In addition, the University facilitates industrial attachments for its students, a factor that is not common in many universities. Moreover, I was pleased by the university’s security and safety mechanisms that operate around the clock to ensure students’ and staff safety. Finally, the University offers both on and off campus housing ‘which are convenient and pleasant’ to the student academic and social life. Thus, I chose Towson University among all other competing universities that were available to me.
